A 2020 CDC study reports that 90% of all abortions occur before 13 weeks.

Other studies show only 5.8% of abortions happen between 14 & 20 weeks, while 0.9% of ALL abortions are completed after 21 weeks.

An estimated 6% of babies worldwide are born with congenital anomalies, resulting in hundreds of thousands of associates deaths. However, the TRUE number of cases may be much higher, as the statistics do not often consider terminated pregnancies and stillbirths.

The majority of Jews (70%), Muslims (51%), Buddhists (69%), Hindus (62%) and Unitarian Universalists (83%) support the legality of abortion in all or most cases.
My hope is that feminist, racial justice, reproductive rights and LGBT movements build a coalition that centers on the lives of women who lead intersectional lives and too often fall in between the cracks of these narrow mission statements
